It's easy to let negative thoughts enter your mind everyday.  Rough situations happen to everyone!  We hear "NO", we hear "That can't be done", or even "You aren't good enough!".  These ideas then get into our head and before we know it they become part of who we are.  The good news is though, is that we don't have to let these thoughts become our reality.  We can be whatever we want to be and accomplish whatever we want to accomplish.  We simply have to keep positive thoughts in our heads.  

I say positive affirmations -- out loud!  This helps put the negative thoughts to rest.  It basically blocks them out!  I encourage you to try it.  Try saying "I am a good person", "I deserve to be happy", and things like that.  They can be as specific as you want them to be.  I promise that if you do this everyday for two weeks your life will start to change.  Try it!
